The problem isn't commitment
Knowledge lives in group chats. Tasks disappear between meetings. Each new officer rebuilds the role from scratch. The chapter keeps moving—but too much depends on memory, heroic effort, and whoever happens to know the answer.
What Chapter Nexus does
One home for the work, records, and ownership your chapter already manages.
Track prospects, events, notes, and follow-ups.
Turn chapter decisions into assigned work.
Keep meetings, philanthropy, recruitment, and social events together.
Plan budgets and understand where chapter money is going.
Keep decisions and records attached to the work they created.
Give every officer a living playbook that survives transition.
The platform in practice
01 — RUN THE SEMESTER
Coordinate chapter commitments in one calendar, turn decisions into visible tasks, and give leaders a shared view of what is next.

02 — GROW THE CHAPTER
Keep prospects, outreach, events, and follow-ups in one pipeline—without relying on a personal spreadsheet or a disappearing group chat.

03 — PROTECT WHAT THE CHAPTER LEARNS
Blueprint connects every position to its responsibilities, live work, records, and handoff context—so an incoming officer begins with a foundation, not a blank page.

The Nexus Blueprint
Map who owns what, connect recurring work, and preserve the context the next leader will need.

Continuity without the scramble
Folders without context. Deadlines learned too late. Relationships and decisions lost between terms.
Responsibilities, recurring work, documents, decisions, and an intentional handoff—all in one place.
A real challenge for student organizations
Student-organization leaders and advisors have long documented the cost of losing context at transition time.
“Is your organization reinventing the wheel every year?”
San Diego State University
“Institutional memory is crucial for operating effectively.”
Northeastern University
“An effective officer transition ensures that the institutional memory and organizational momentum you have built is not lost…”
University of Iowa
“High turn-over in student leadership can lead to gaps in institutional memory and waning momentum…”
Princeton University Library

Built by Greeks, for Greeks
Chapter Nexus grew from firsthand experience with the invisible work of keeping a chapter organized: late-night handoffs, scattered records, recurring reinvention, and leaders doing their best with incomplete context.
We are building first for fraternity and sorority chapters, with the belief that every student organization deserves operations worthy of its mission.
Useful AI, where it makes sense
Summarize approved context, flag stale knowledge, and help incoming officers understand what they are inheriting. Chapter leaders stay in control.
Success should travel further
We commit 10% of Chapter Nexus profits to philanthropic causes selected with input from the communities we serve.
